2024-25 High School Athletics: Girls Volleyball Season Begins

0Y8A4107Girls Volleyball, September 2024: Do you need excitement in your life? Do you need to be inspired? Do you need a reason to cheer as loud as you can? Come to a Hawks’ volleyball game. It’s everything you need! The varsity team is coached by PK McDonald (’04), and Sam Lee coaches the junior varsity (JV) team.

“The girls volleyball season is in full swing,” said McDonald. “The girls have started league play and competed at a tournament at St. Francis School in Watsonville over the weekend. The girls have been preparing since early August, practicing five days a week and have been steadily improving. This years team is has two returning varsity players which has given lots of new players opportunities to shine. The team continues to work hard and is dedicated to improving everyday.  The girls have proudly represented the school with their, focus, dedication and determination. I’m excited to see how they continue to improve as the exciting season progresses.”
