Mount Madonna School Aftercare Registration

We are excited to announce that Mount Madonna School (MMS) is now offering aftercare on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:30pm until 5:00pm for all days school is in session. Aftercare is available to students in grades K-8 enrolled in Mount Madonna School and is limited to 20 students at any given time. Registration is now open for aftercare sessions starting Monday, November 3, 2025.

The Benefit of Aftercare

We recognize some families may find it helpful to be able to pick their student(s) at a later time of day, especially when their child(ren) may not be involved in a seasonal afterschool activity such as athletics. Mount Madonna School’s aftercare program offers families supervised care for their K-8 student in a structured environment until 5:00pm. Aftercare is supervised by a Mount Madonna School teacher and held in the upper campus in room C14. Students can receive homework help or enjoy games in a supervised environment.

Program Overview:

Aftercare is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Aftercare may be booked by day, by week, by month or any combination thereof.
Aftercare is available for Mount Madonna School Students enrolled in grades K-8.
Daily aftercare begins at 3:30pm and ends promptly at 5:00pm on regular school days.
Late pickup fees will be assessed if picking up after 5:10pm (see below).
Aftercare is not available on Wednesdays, early dismissal days, holidays, and when school is not in session.
School-provided transportation is not available for aftercare.
Aftercare has a maximum of 20 students on any day.
Aftercare is supervised by MMS teacher and will be held at the upper campus in room C14.

Pricing and Fees:

Aftercare reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the day aftercare is needed. Aftercare may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit toward a future aftercare date.

$30 a day per student

$27 a day per student for two or more students from the same household

Late Pickup Fees:

Aftercare concludes at 5:00pm. Students must be picked up by 5:10pm before a late pickup fee is assessed. Late pickup fees are shown below:

5:10 – 5:20pm: $10

5:20 – 5:30pm: $15

After 5:30pm: $20
