Accreditation Report

MMS received another six year term of accreditation, which began June 2010, from both CAIS and WASC! Member schools are reviewed every six years (or more frequently, if they receive shorter reaccreditation terms after review).

The official Self-Study document is available for viewing in the office. In the early part of the summer, we revised our Action Plan, based on the Visiting Team’s commendations and recommendations. The Action Plan involves three strategic areas: Finance, Community and Governance, as well as a few specific Program improvements.

If you would like a copy of the Revised Action plan, you may email headofschool (at) mountmadonna.org.

The Accreditation document and the Revised Action Plan are available for viewing at the front desk of the MMS office.

For more about the importance of accreditation, please see California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS) and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
