You may choose to use the monthly payment option to pay your school tuition.
Facts Enrollment Fees:
- 1 Payment: $0
- 2 Payments: $10
- 3 or more Payments: $45
In order to begin FACTS payments in April you must complete your FACTS registration no later than March 15. If you are not able to register by this date, please contact Beth England at 408-846-4087.
*If you are a continuing user of FACTS, you do not need to complete a new FACTS
Agreement.
*If your bank information or any other FACTS enrollment information has changed
from the 2020-2021 school year, you will need to contact the School to provide the
necessary changes.
*FACTS Peace of Mind: If enrolled in the Peace of Mind Tuition Protection Plan (POM), FACTS
will pay the remaining unpaid balance on your FACTS Agreement (except payments in arrears)
to Mount Madonna School in the event of the death of the responsible party or his/her legal
spouse. The cost for this plan is $22.50 per covered agreement. POM is different from
Tuition Refund Insurance.
