Congratulations to Our Dedicated Faculty!

We are pleased to announce that Mount Madonna School’s
dedicated teachers are being honored as

TEACHER OF THE MONTH

by Growing up in Santa Cruz (GUISC) in their February 2021 issue. In an effort “to do more for teachers” during this especially challenging year, GUISC put a public call out for teacher nominations. The call was answered by board member and parent Christine Smith (Cavan, grade 8 and Caroline, class of ’17), who nominated the 2020-21 faculty in recognition of how each teacher has gone above and beyond to support our students this year. Read her inspiring nomination letter below (and be advised, you might want to grab a tissue beforehand)!
