COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on Campus November 10

We are partnering with the Santa Cruz County Office of Education (COE), Santa Cruz County Public Health, and Inspire Diagnostics to provide access to vaccination for students and families. Please know that participating in this vaccination is completely voluntary. On October 29, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration authorized the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine under an emergency use authorization (EUA) for children ages 5 to 11 years old, followed by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on November 2. It is anticipated that additional approvals by state authorities will be completed this week.

Mount Madonna School is offering a vaccination clinic at our school site for students ages 5 to 11 with parental consent on Wednesday, November 10 from 8:30-11:00am in the upper campus Assembly Room. Parents or guardians must accompany their child to their appointment and the follow-up appointment three weeks later.

Registration and Consent:
Please visit the following link to register, complete the consent, and schedule an appointment for vaccination.

To ensure that our school community is receiving accurate information from trusted sources, we encourage all parents to discuss vaccination with their pediatrician. You can also learn more about the COVID-19 vaccine from trusted and official sources. Please visit the following sites:
