Dr. Noah Diffenbaugh (’92) to Lecture on Extreme Weather and Global Warming

Are individual weather extreme events linked to global warming? MMS alumnus and Stanford professor Dr. Noah Diffenbaugh (’92) is a world-renowned expert in researching possible links between climate change and extreme climate events. On October 10 in Pacific Grove, Diffenbaugh will discuss techniques that have been developed over the past decade to allow scientists to answer this question.
