I know that participating in a walk or run event has potential hazards. I should not enter unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and road conditions, all such risks being known to and appreciated by me. I will stay on the marked course. I grant permission to Mount Madonna School to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that bicycles, skateboards and animals are not allowed in the events and I will abide by this guideline. I will stay on the marked course. I understand that Mount Madonna School/Mount Madonna Center/Summit for the Planet, reserves the right to reject any entry application. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts I, for myself and anyone I am entitled to act on behalf of, waive and release Mount Madonna School, Mount Madonna Center, its officers, directors, sponsors and all officers, directors, agents and employees of the above-described individuals, organizations and entities from any and all claims or liabilities, real or alleged, of any kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
